Before we submit your purchases, we may need to confirm some information with card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Orders placed late on Fridays, holidays or during the weekend will be processed by our shipper on the next business day. It may take up to 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped depending on the number of orders we receive. You will receive an e-mail with your order’s tracking number once your package is shipped.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges.

U.S SHIPPING OPTIONS

PUREPOWER uses USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx to ship all packages, depending on the client's choosing. The USPS shipping options are as follows:

Parcel Select Ground - If Parcel Select Ground shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 2-8 business days after shipping.

Priority Mail Express - If Priority Mail Express shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1-2 business days after shipping. 

Priority Mail - If Priority Mail shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1-3 business days after shipping.

The FedEx, UPS, DHL shipping options are as follows: 

Ground Home Delivery - If Ground Home Delivery shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1-5 business days, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska (3-5 business days). 

Express Saver - If Express Saver shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 3 business days by 4:30PM (businesses) or 8PM (residences).

2 Day - If 2 Day shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 2 business days by 4:30PM (businesses) or 8PM (residences).

2 Day AM - If 2 Day AM shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 2 business days by 10:30AM or noon to rural areas.

Standard Overnight - If Standard Overnight shipping is requested, your order should arrive the next business day by 3PM (businesses), 4:30PM (rural areas) or 8PM (residences).

Priority Overnight - If Priority Overnight shipping is requested, your order should arrive the next business day by 10:30AM. 

First Overnight - If First Overnight shipping is requested, your order should arrive the next business day by 9:30AM.

FREE SHIPPING

PUREPOWER offers free shipping to U.S. orders over $150. Your order should arrive in approximately 2 to 8 business days after shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

PUREPOWER ships to most international countries. PUREPOWER uses USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx to ship all international packages, depending on the client's choice. The USPS international shipping options are as follows:

First-Class Package International Service - If First-Class Package International Service shipping is requested, shipping times will varies per country. 

Priority Mail International - If Priority Mail International shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 6-10 business days after shipping.

Priority Mail Express International - If Priority Mail Express International shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 3-5 business days after shipping.

The FedEx international shipping options are as follows:

International Ecomony - If International Economy shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 2-5 business days after shipping.

International Priority - If International Priority shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1-3 business days after shipping.
