Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, we will provide you with all the necessary information for your exchange or return.

RETURNS

Having second thoughts? No worries, we are glad to help.

We can accommodate returns of merchandise for the United States, Canada, and Mexico customers only. If you would like to return an item from an international order, you will have to ship the items back yourself. To receive a full refund please return the merchandise within 15 days from the day you received your order. Only full-price merchandise is eligible for refunds. Sale items or any item purchased with promotional codes (excluding the welcome discount) are eligible for store credit only. FINAL SALE: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Please make sure your items are returned with all original PUREPOWER tags and sanitary liners will attached. Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

All U.S. returns using the USPS return label provided will have a shipping & restocking fee of $10.00 withheld from the refund amount. Only each client's first U.S. return is free. 

Once your return is processed you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned items, less the shipping & handling cost, and if it is within the 15 days timeframe. Returns will be credited to your original form of payment or PUREPOWER store credit.

Steps for returning your purchase:

1. If you would like to create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us at (305)882-1003 or care@purepower.com OR follow the following steps:

- Under Customer Sevice, click on Return Request.
- Fill out the order number you would like to return and the e-mail you used to complete your order. Then click on Find My Order. 
- Select the item you would like to return by choosing the amount you want to return with the drop-down menu. Then click Next. 
- Next, use the drop-down menu to choose the reason for the return. You may add comments about your return on the Additional Notes section. 
- Choose how you would like to receive your refund. Keep in mind that only full priced items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Sale items must be refunded as store credit. If you do not choose the corresponding option, your return will be denied.
- If you would like to exchange your items, please specify the details of your exchange on the Exchange Details section. 
- Choose how you would like to send your item(s). Then click Submit.

2. Once you have received your return label by e-mail, place your return items in the provided shipping packaging and place the return label outside of the packaging.

3. Arrange a pick up with the shipping carrier or drop your shipment off at your local store. For USPS, call +1(800)823-7459. For FedEx, call +1(800)463-3339.

4. Once Lenny Niemeyer receives your shipment, processing may take up to 15 business days to complete.

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. However, you can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. EXCHANGES

Love your purchase but need it in a different size? We’re happy to exchange it if we have it in stock.

Please follow the above guidelines and policy to return your undesired items and provide further information in regards to your exchange.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN OR EXCHANGE

At PIREPOWER we pay rigorous attention to our product quality. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise please contact us immediately at (305)882-1003 or care@purepower.com and we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

NO RECEIPT RETURN

If you do not provide a packing split or an electronic receipt along with your return items, PUREPOWER will reimburse you for the current online price for the item.

GIFT RETURNS

Gift Recipients may return gift items or items purchased using a PUREPOWER gift card for PUREPOWER store credit.

NOTE: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
